SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

Violators are required to pay a refundable security deposit for the Code Not Towed Security Device in the amount of $60.00. This security deposit is in addition to the parking violation fee.  You agree to a preauthorization of your credit or debit card in the amount of $60.00. You further agree that in the event that the device is not returned within 24 hours this charge of $60.00 will be assessed to your card and used to purchase a replacement device. In the event that the device is returned properly there will be no additional charge, and the preauthorization will expire after 7 days. You understand that depending on the policies of your financial institution the available balance of your account may be impacted during the 7-day preauthorization period. If for any reason, the device isn’t returned in accordance with this policy and the payment method on file fails, you authorize Code Not Towed, LLC to retry processing the charge at any time over the next 90 days.
